We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and with our services. We understand that online shopping can be tricky and want to help you to get the correct order. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you find your perfect suit!
All orders are provided with a WAIKIKI SWIM return/exchange form. They are located in the box with your purchase.
Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your suit letting us know you want to return it. Items must be returned (posted) within 7 days of receiving the items to action an exchange or receive store credit for future purchases.
STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASES
In order for us to accept your exchange order we need to make sure the items remain in original state. To help you, we have made steps to trying on your suit.
1. Try on your garments over underwear.
2. Place items with tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag.
3. Email us and fill out your returns form, we will provide you with the return address.
5. Send us your unworn suit
6. Once we receive your suit and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue store credit and send you a confirmation email.
Please keep the following in mind:
- We only accept swimsuits that are unwashed and unworn and undamaged (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
- Sale items may not be returned, exchanged or redeemed for store credit at any time.
- Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged.
